We are seeking an Operations & Inventory Executive to manage daily school operations, maintain inventory and records, and support the delivery of CareCubs programs with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations at the school campus.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of kits, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Track stock movement including issuance, return, replacement, and replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling,



and safe handling of lab materials and equipment.
- Maintain operational registers, attendance records, and usage logs.
- Coordinate with school staff and CareCubs trainers to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly operational and inventory reports.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Administration, or related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, inventory management, or administration, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
- Professional approach and ability to work independently in a school workplace.

Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
