Job Summary

The Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and safe operation of all electrical systems and equipment within the college campus, including academic buildings, hostels, laboratories, offices, and common areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, switches, sockets, fans, lights, and panels.
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical faults in classrooms, laboratories, hostels, offices, and other campus facilities.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of electrical systems.
- Maintain and operate generators, UPS systems, inverters, and emergency lighting systems.
- Assist in electrical arrangements for examinations, seminars, workshops, and college events.




- Ensure safety compliance with electrical standards and regulations.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance work and material usage.
- Coordinate with external contractors when required for major electrical works.
- Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.
- Ensure proper earthing and protection of electrical equipment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in institutional, commercial, or residential electrical maintenance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
