Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Noida 63

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding:
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly reports

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT / Non-IT hiring:
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals and Boolean search
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously:
- Basic understanding of C2H, Contract, and Permanent hiring
- MS Excel and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Experience in consultancy or corporate recruitment
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,048.27 - ₹14,217.94 per month
