We are looking for a Foundry Supervisor...

Experience: 2 to 3 Yrs Non Engineer (Preferably Diploma holder)

Salary: UP TO 30K

Location: Sector 68 IMT, Faridabad
- Production Management: Oversee daily foundry operations, including furnace operation, charging, melting, pouring, and mold preparation.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols in high-heat environments; ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor material usage and inspect, test, or examine castings at various stages for defects to ensure they meet specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, train, and schedule hourly employees, including handling appraisals and performance management.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce scrap, and optimize costs.
- Reporting: Track and report on production performance metrics, such as downtime, scrap rates, and efficiency, to senior management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
