Job Title: Videographer / Video Producer (Social-First)

What you’ll do
- Shoot and edit social-first videos (Reels/Shorts/LinkedIn) for brands and founder-led content
- Plan easy shoots: shot list, lighting, audio, and quick set-ups on location
- Edit fast-turnaround content: cuts, captions, basic motion graphics, color + sound polish
- Repurpose long footage into multiple short formats and versions (hooks, cutdowns, A/B edits)
- Manage files: backups, project organization, and deliverables in required aspect ratios

What we’re looking for
- Strong portfolio of social content (Reels/Shorts) with good pacing + storytelling
- Comfortable with camera + lighting + clean audio (lav/boom)




- Proficiency in Premiere Pro/Final Cut/DaVinci (After Effects a plus)
- Ability to work on tight timelines and take feedback fast
- Own gear preferred (camera + basic lights + lens)

Bonus
- Founder-brand storytelling, product shoots, BTS/event coverage
- Basic scripting/ideation for hooks and formats

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
