Role Overview

The Senior Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for driving the visual identity of Crimsoune Club across all PAN India stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid execution skills who can translate brand aesthetics into compelling in-store experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Strategy & Brand Execution
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with Crimsoune Club’s brand DNA and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure consistent visual standards across all stores nationwide.
- Translate global and local fashion trends into effective VM concepts.

Store Execution & Rollouts
- Plan and execute VM for new store openings, refits, and renovations.
- Oversee window displays, mannequins, floor layouts, and signage across categories.
- Ensure timely rollout of seasonal launches, promotions, and special campaigns.





Team Leadership & Training
- Lead, mentor, and train regional and store-level VM teams.
- Conduct regular VM audits and provide actionable feedback.
- Create VM guidelines, manuals, and SOPs for store teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Buying, Design, Marketing, and Retail Operations teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for props, fixtures, and visual elements.
- Support marketing initiatives, photoshoots, and brand activations when required.

Performance & Analytics
- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to optimize visual layouts.
- Measure VM effectiveness and continuously refine strategies to improve conversion and sell-through.
- Monitor budgets related to VM materials and ensure cost efficiency.
