Job Timings:10:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range:Rs.25,000.00 to Rs.35,000.00
Reporting To:Operations Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and disciplined Social Media Executive to manage and execute our day-to-day social media activities. The role focuses on content posting, coordination with internal teams, audience engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand presence that reflects our handmade rug manufacturing and export business.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Execution
- Execute daily posting on company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
- Publish posts, reels, stories, and updates as per the approved content plan
- Ensure correct captions, hashtags, tagging, and platform-wise formatting

Content Coordination & Collection
- Coordinate with Studio, Design, R&D;, Production, and QA teams to collect:
- Product photos and videos
- Factory process visuals (weaving, finishing, washing, packing)
- Sampling, development,



and exhibition content
- Maintain an organised digital library of photos and videos

Engagement & Communication
- Respond to comments, messages, and basic inquiries on social media platforms
- Engage with relevant buyer, designer, and industry pages to increase visibility
- Share potential buyer inquiries with the concerned internal team promptly

Brand & Content Quality
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand image and tone
- Maintain accuracy in product details and avoid sharing confidential information
- Follow internal approval processes for key announcements or campaigns

Reporting & Coordination
- Share regular updates with the Studio Manager on content execution and engagement
- Support marketing and branding initiatives as required
- Assist during exhibitions, launches, or special brand activities (content coverage)
