We are looking for a Soft Skill Trainer to train and mentor students in communication, professional etiquette, personality development, and employability skills. The trainer will prepare students for interviews, corporate interactions, and overall career readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, presentation skills, and skilled behavior.
- Develop and implement training modules aligned with industry and placement requirements.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the placement team to ensure students are prepared for interviews and corporate expectations.
- Maintain training records and provide reports to management.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Soft Skill Trainer or Corporate Trainer.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of industry expectations for IT students.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to motivate students and foster a learning environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
