Marketing Executive (IT & Software Industry)

We are looking for a energetic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and support our branding, lead generation, and promotional activities across digital and offline channels.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract new clients, and strengthen business presence. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a good understanding of IT and software industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote IT and software services.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Manage event promotions, client outreach, and corporate branding initiatives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Support the business development team in lead generation and client communication.

Required Skills & Qualities




- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency.

Preferred Knowledge / Tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers with strong communication and marketing interest are welcome).
- Passion for marketing, technology, and creative strategy.
- Must be available for on-site work in Nagpur (IT Park).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,116.67 - ₹15,394.17 per m
