Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads/sales.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information.
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads/customers regularly.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager.
- Handle objections professionally and convert cold calls into successful deals.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:




- High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Languages].
- Positive interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer service.

Pay: ₹10,198.07 - ₹15,121.52 per month
