Job Role:
We are hiring a Sales & Collection Executive to handle payment follow-ups, collections, and coordination with the sales team. The role involves outbound calling,



customer interaction, and ensuring timely payment closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales team for order closures
- Assist customers with payment options
- Maintain daily payment and collection reports

Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation required
- 1-3 years experience in sales support / collections / telecalling
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outbound calls
- Laptop is mandatory

Location: Kolkata
Full-time | Immediate joining preferred
