We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models across project stages. The role requires strong technical exper se, a en on to detail, and the ability to collaborate with mul disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update 3D BIM models in Revit for Architectural, Structural, or MEP services.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation.
- Ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and adherence to BIM standards.
- Support project teams with BIM workflows and technical queries.
- Work with BIM leads/managers to maintain templates, libraries, and project standards.
- Generate quantities,



schedules, and model-based reports as needed.

Required Skills:
- 3-6 years of hands-on BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and coordination.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM execution plans, and project workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
