We are looking for a well informed and brilliant Social Worker to join our rapidly-growing NGO. Preferably Female

Responsibilities
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach programs.
- Facilitate community participation in development initiatives.
- Connect beneficiaries with healthcare, education, housing, and livelihood opportunities.
- Collaborate with government agencies, donors, and partner organizations.
- Advocate for marginalized groups and promote social justice.
- Contribute to reports, proposals, and policy recommendations.
- Maintain accurate case records and progress reports.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.




- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse and marginalized communities.
- Knowledge of local welfare schemes and NGO operations.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and cases.
- Fluency in local language(s) is often preferred.
- Proficient with social theories and practices

Job Types: Full time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
