Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided data.
- Introduce Strecka Creations’ digital marketing services (Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, Branding, etc.).
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions.
- Generate qualified leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive company image.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (preferred).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead generation is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.85 per month
