The Admission Counselor is responsible for handling parent enquiries, conducting effective counseling sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups, and converting enquiries into admissions. The role requires solid communication skills, ownership of the admission process, and active participation in marketing and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and campaign-generated enquiries professionally.
- Conduct effective counseling sessions with parents by explaining the school’s curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and value proposition.
- Ensure timely and structured follow-up on all leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by addressing parent concerns and objections.
- Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records in CRM / admission trackers.




- Prepare and share daily / weekly admission reports with the management.
- Participate actively in marketing activities such as school events, open houses, roadshows, and door-to-door campaigns.
- Conduct competition analysis by understanding competitor schools’ offerings and fee structures.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Take complete ownership of admission targets and work towards achieving monthly and annual goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
