Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with US-based clients (EST)
- Understand client requirements and close positions on time
- Daily reporting and ATS updates

Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- 0-5 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
- Valuable communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working night shift aligned with EST:




- Willingness to work on-site in Haridwar office
