Designation: Senior Placement Manager
Location: Salt Lake City, Sector V, Globsyn Crystals
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
Working Days:Monday - Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Working Hours:9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Secure employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, and academia for students
- across all programs of the business school. Counsel, prepare, and enhance the hiring potential of students
- and new graduates entering the job market. Assist in organizing internships and placements for students.

Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Leadership and team management abilities
- High integrity
- Knowledge of industry demographics is an advantage

Pre-Placement Activities:
- Establish new placement partnerships based on placement requirements across schools and




- manage existing placement partners for the renewal of placements and internships.
- Conduct in-house student counseling sessions focusing on graduation outcomes.
- Organize corporate engagement activities such as guest lectures, student training sessions,conclaves, workshops, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish relationships with potential corporate clients for student placements and internships.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new partners for collaboration with the institution.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build a robust skilled network.
- Leverage existing connections and forge new ones to enhance placement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with academic departments to understand student skill sets and align them with corporate partner requirements.
