Looking for a CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC machines for precision component manufacturing as per drawings and specifications. The role includes basic programming/editing, routine maintenance, and quality inspection of finished parts.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders.
- Load raw materials, set tools and offsets, and run components according to the drawing.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job cards.
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary parameter adjustments for quality and productivity.
- Inspect components using a vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges, and record the measurements.
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of machines.
- Follow safety, 5S,



and company quality procedures on the shop floor.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Fresher with valuable practical knowledge can also be considered - optional line).
- Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi or as applicable) and basic G‑code understanding preferred.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as per production requirement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,535.07 per month
