- Adapt designs based on ad objectives (CTR, conversion, retargeting)
- Create multiple variations (hooks, CTAs, formats) for A/B testing
- Optimize creatives based on performance feedback

B. Marketplace Visuals
- Amazon / FirstCry / Website banners
- Product listing images (main image compliance + secondary creatives)
- Infographics explaining fabric, features, sizing, USPs
- Seasonal & campaign-based visuals

C. Brand & Social Media Design
- Instagram posts, reels covers, carousels, stories
- LinkedIn creatives (corporate + authority-led storytelling)
- Festival, launch, and announcement creatives
- Maintain brand tone, fonts, colors, and layout discipline
D. Website & Internal Collateral
- Website banners, sliders, landing page visuals
- Pitch decks, presentations, brochures
- Internal posters, SOP visuals, dashboards (basic visual polish)
2. Design Standards & Expectations (How work should look)
- Clean, premium, and clutter-free layouts




- Transparent visual hierarchy (headline → subtext → CTA)
- Consistent brand fonts, colors, spacing
- Platform-specific sizing & safe margins
- Designs should be ready to publish, not drafts

Expectation: A non-designer should be able to use the output without corrections.
3. Daily / Weekly / Monthly Rhythm

Daily
- Execute assigned creatives as per priority list
- Share drafts within agreed timelines
- Make quick iterations based on feedback

Weekly
- Plan creatives for upcoming campaigns
- Align with marketing on themes & priorities
- Review what creatives worked and why

Monthly
- Contribute to creative planning for launches & campaigns
- Suggest new formats, styles, or visual ideas
- Help improve overall brand look & consistency
