Job Description: Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure their effectiveness.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging open feedback and iterative progress.
- Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
- Build solid relationships with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to promote collaboration.
- Monitor team performance and progress, providing insights to enhance efficiency and delivery.




- Expert in DevOps Administration and organization as well. Queries, Reporting, adding, and deleting fields, clean up and its impact on the overall picture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
- Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Excellent facilitation skills, capable of managing group dynamics and conflict resolution.
- Experience in building trust-based relationships with development teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and address challenges in team dynamics and productivity effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure Devops, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
