Job Summary:
The Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching students from Grades 1 to 5, creating a positive and engaging learning workplace, and ensuring the academic, social, and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the school curriculum
- Develop age-appropriate teaching aids and activities
- Maintain discipline and a safe classroom environment
- Assess students’ performance through tests, worksheets, and observations
- Provide regular feedback to students and parents
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking
- Maintain attendance, lesson plans, and academic records
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
- Support students with special learning needs

Required Qualifications:




- D.El.Ed / B.Ed (Primary Education preferred):
- CTET / State TET (preferred but not mandatory for private schools)

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi:
- Classroom management skills
- Child-friendly, patient, and empathetic nature
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, PowerPoint, online teaching tools)

Experience:
- Freshers may apply:
- 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
