Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Overseeing the entire hiring cycle, from creating job descriptions and screening applicants to managing offers.
- Strategy & Planning: Developing recruitment strategies, especially for bulk hiring needs, and staying updated on education HR trends.

Requirements:
- Education: Master's in HR, Management.
- Experience: Strong 3+ years of experience in recruitment, placement, or corporate relations, sometimes specifically in bulk hiring or the education sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
