Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a pure BPO voice process.

Experience from non-BPO sectors (sales field, back office, retail, admin, hotel, teaching, etc.) will not be considered

Communication Requirement
- Clear English communication is mandatory:
- Ability to speak confidently on calls
- Basic customer-handling skills
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Follow call scripts and process guidelines
- Maintain call quality and compliance standards
- Update customer details accurately in the system

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
