nWe are looking for a Senior Pastry Chef Instructor who combines solid technical skills with a genuine passion for teaching, mentoring and creating.

nPosition Details

nLocation: Lajpat Nagar, South Delhi

nSalary: ₹40,000–₹65,000/month, based on experience and performance

nType: Full-time | Permanent | In-person

nHours: 9am to 6:30pm | Monday weekly day off

nSelection: In-person interview + practical trial

nThe Role

n

- Conduct hands-on practical and theory classes
n
- Demonstrate and teach professional baking & pâtisserie techniques
n
- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback
n
- Develop and standardise recipes, products and techniques
n
- Improve curriculum, modules and training standards
n




- Maintain high standards of taste, texture, presentation and execution
n
- Support kitchen operations, hygiene and food-safety standards
n

- Professional kitchen discipline and ownership

- Relevant degree, diploma or certification in Bakery/Pâtisserie
n
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or Baking Instructor preferred
