WE’RE HIRING | SENIOR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

House of Ullassa is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive to join our team in Saket, New Delhi.

We specialise in spiritual & pilgrimage travel across India, managing high-touch experiences involving temples, darshan, rituals, priests, guides, transportation, hotels and on-ground guest assistance.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in travel operations who can take ownership of the complete operational execution of our journeys.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- End-to-end execution of pilgrimage & domestic travel programs
- Hotel, transport, guide, priest and vendor coordination
- Darshan, ritual and temple-related arrangements
- Guest movement and on-ground coordination
- Itinerary planning and operational follow-ups
- Managing last-minute changes and solving issues on ground
- Coordinating with our B2B travel partners
- Ensuring every journey is executed smoothly and professionally

We’re looking for someone who:




- Has 3–5 years of experience in travel operations
- Understands the importance of detail in pilgrimage travel
- Is strong at vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Can independently handle multiple departures and requirements
- Is comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Takes ownership and stays calm under pressure
- Has experience in pilgrimage, spiritual or domestic tourism — strongly preferred
