Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter with 3+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should be purely focused on recruitment and have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and closing candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment independently.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and databases.




- Screen candidates based on job requirements and experience.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
- Ensure timely joining and closure of open positions.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of pure recruitment experience.
- Strong Non-IT recruitment expertise.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
