Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET Core, Web API, SQL, microservices, and cloud technologies. The role involves leading development tasks, technical design, mentoring team members, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Build and enhance RESTful Web APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Work on database design, stored procedures, queries, and performance tuning.
- Integrate third-party APIs, authentication modules, and internal services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate closely with UI teams (Angular/React), mobile teams (Android), and QA teams.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and support deployments.
- Prepare technical documents, architecture diagrams, and specifications.




- Guide junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.

Technical Skills Required

- Robust expertise in:
- .NET Core / .NET 6+

- C# programming
- ASP.NET Core Web API
- Entity Framework Core / Dapper

- Strong experience in
- MS SQL Server, stored procedures, joins, indexes, query tuning

- Microservices architecture

- REST API design

- Knowledge of
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity)
- Message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka – optional)
- Caching frameworks (Redis, Memory Cache)
- CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Gateway).
- Exposure to Docker & Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or microfinance domain (optional).
- Understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance-driven applications.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to take ownership of modules and deliver end-to-end.
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members.

Education

- Diploma/Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
