"JK Masale" is looking for a data-driven Senior MIS / Business Analyst with a strong FMCGRetail background to manage Sales & Supply Chain MIS, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports for sales, inventory, supply chain, and finance functions
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making
- Design and manage dashboards (Excel / Power BI / ERP systems) for real-time reporting
- Track and monitor KPIs such as sales performance, stock movement, and distribution efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) to understand reporting needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and forecasting drive automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly reports for management review Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Min 9 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis
- Solid hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros)
- Proficient in Power BI / Tableau for dashboarding and visualization
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and inventory data
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data validation skills
- Ability to analyze trends and convert data into actionable insights
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of handling tight deadlines
