TAN90 builds Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions using phase-change-material thermal panels, powering cold-chain delivery for food, quick-commerce, and healthcare customers across India.

About the Role

This is a newly created, execution-first leadership role responsible for the on-ground national delivery of CaaS — ensuring thermal panels are filled, quality-compliant, and dispatched on time out of every warehouse and freezing station across the country. You'll lead city and zonal teams, manage 3PL/transport partners, and act as the first point of escalation for execution issues, while partnering closely with the Program Manager (S&OP;) who supplies the underlying planning and data.

What You Will Do

1. Own thermal panel fill rate across all warehouses and freezing stations nationally
2. Own panel quality standards — temperature compliance and cleanliness — at every stage of handling and storage
3. Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery of frozen thermal panels to all customer and city touchpoints
4. Ensure warehouse infrastructure readiness — power, manpower,



and material handling equipment at every site
5. Manage availability and performance of 3PL/transport partners supporting warehouse and delivery operations
6. Monitor and streamline performance of city teams and zonal managers across all regions
7. Standardise SOPs across sites and drive consistent execution discipline nationally
8. Act as first escalation point for equipment failures, delivery delays, and quality breaches
9. Partner with the Program Manager (S&OP;) to execute against logistics, inventory, and infrastructure plans
10. Report execution performance and on-ground issues to the VP – CaaS

What We're Looking For

1. 7–12 years of experience in cold chain, warehouse, or logistics operations, with hands-on multi-site or multi-city (ideally pan-India) execution exposure
2. Proven track record managing a team of at least 10 people directly
3. Strong ground-execution orientation with the ability to resolve in office issues quickly and independently
4. Willingness to travel extensively across India on short notice
5. Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
6. Comfort working with internal warehouse/ops tools (training provided on TAN90's specific systems)
