Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and drive high-impact initiatives.
- Own key business metrics such as P&L;, GMV, and KRs.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Manage large-scale programs, processes, risks, and KPIs.
- Use data to drive decisions and present insights to leadership.
- Define long-term business strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience in Growth, Strategy & Operations.
- Experience in Management Consulting or high-growth startups.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience owning business KPIs/P&L; and driving initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid team leadership and coaching abilities.
- Adaptable and execution-focused mindset.
