nPosition: Senior Manager Accounts

nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong exposure to real estate/project accounting to manage project-wise financial and accounting functions.

nKey Responsibilities

nManage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping

nMaintain project-wise accounts, budgets & cost tracking

nPrepare MIS reports, financial statements & management reports

nHandle GST, TDS, Income Tax & statutory compliance

nManage vendor payments, customer receivables & bank reconciliations

nMonitor project costs, cash flow, budgets & forecasts

nCoordinate with auditors, consultants,



banks & regulatory authorities

nEnsure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies

nWhat We're Looking For

nB.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CA Inter or equivalent

n8–15 years of experience in accounting & finance

nExperience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure preferred

nStrong proficiency in Tally, ERP & MS Excel

nStrong knowledge of project accounting, taxation & financial reporting

nExcellent analytical, communication & organizational skills
