About the Role

We are looking for a talented Java Full Stack Developer with 6-10 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have exposure to modern frontend technologies, preferably React, along with practical experience leveraging AI tools and frameworks to build intelligent applications and accelerate software development.

You will work on developing cloud-native applications that incorporate AI-powered capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building next-generation AI-enabled products.

Key Responsibilities :

· Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.

· Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs and microservices.

· Build and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js or other modern frontend technologies, as required.

· Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

· Develop AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, AI agents, and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and services.

· Collaborate with architects, product managers, designers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.

· Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, technical discussions, and production support.

· Stay updated with emerging AI technologies,



software engineering practices, and cloud-native development.

Technical Skills Required

· Strong proficiency in Java with Spring Boot for developing scalable enterprise applications.

· Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices .

· Valuable understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server .

· Experience with Git , Docker , CI/CD pipelines , and at least one cloud platform ( AWS, Azure, or GCP ).

· Experience using AI tools, frameworks, and coding assistants to design, develop, test, and accelerate software development.

· Exposure to building AI-powered applications, AI agents, or intelligent automation workflows .

· Familiarity with one or more of the following: LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI), and AI APIs .

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

· Python

· Kotlin knowledge will be a big plus

· Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

· Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Azure AI Search)

· Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph

· Kafka or RabbitMQ

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 6+ years of professional software development experience.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
