Role & responsibilities
- Proactively engage with WH teams to ensure timely RTV and liquidation pickups.
- Drive reduction in delays and ensure smooth execution of on-ground processes.
- Manage stakeholders and ensure proper segregation of damages.
- Visit warehouses in your zone (East/West/North/South) to monitor operations and
ensure SOP compliance.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and guide WH teams on process improvements. Resolve
field-level issues promptly.
- Maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets and support basic data analysis.
Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of SOPs and warehouse operations.
- Problem-solving mindset with an analytical approach.
- Willingness to travel.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates having exp in inventory and on ground level exp , warehouse team handle exp.
