nSenior Interior Designer

nExperience

nMinimum 5 years of relevant skilled experience in interior design, preferably with strong experience in residential and/or commercial turnkey interior projects.

nIdeal Candidate

nWe are looking for a highly skilled and independent Senior Interior Designer who can take complete ownership of client projects from initial consultation to final handover.

nKey Technical Skills — Mandatory

nThe candidate must have excellent hands-on expertise in:

- SketchUp — Advanced 3D modelling and interior visualization/model development.
n
- D5 Render — High-quality photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials, camera composition, and presentation.
n
- AutoCAD — Preparing accurate and detailed 2D technical drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, and other construction documentation.
n

nNote: Its an added advantage if the designer has their own laptop to work on.

nKey Responsibilities of the Senior Interior Designer will be:

- Independently handling interior design projects from concept to completion.
n
- Meeting clients and understanding their lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget.
n
- Developing design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, space planning,



and design presentations.
n
- Creating detailed 3D models in SketchUp.
n
- Producing high-quality renders and design presentations using D5 Render.
n
- Preparing accurate and detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
n
- Developing furniture layouts, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and other necessary technical drawings.
n
- Presenting design concepts and revisions directly to clients.
n
- Incorporating client feedback while maintaining design integrity and project feasibility.
n
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, site supervisors, carpenters, fabricators, and other execution teams.
n
- Conducting site visits and resolving design-related execution issues.
n
- Ensuring that the final execution matches the approved design and drawings.
n
- Coordinating design, materials, finishes, detailing, and execution requirements.
n
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
n
- Taking ownership of project quality, timelines, documentation, and client satisfaction.
n
- Identifying potential execution issues during the design stage and proactively resolving them.
n
- Maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
