Senior Manager - Human Resources & Administration

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Human Resources personnel to lead the HR function of a growing real estate organisation in Kolkata.

The role partners directly with the MD & CEO and senior leadership team, driving the organisations people agenda across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organisational development, HR operations, and compliance.

The ideal candidate combines strategic HR leadership with solid operational execution and thrives in a dynamic, promoter-led, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with leadership on HR strategy and organisational priorities.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and manpower planning.
- Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Strengthen organisation structure, role clarity, and HR processes.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, employee relations,



and grievance handling.
- Manage compensation reviews, increments, and promotions.
- Ensure statutory compliance, HR governance, and POSH implementation.
- Develop HR dashboards and deliver actionable people insights.
- Build and mentor the HR team while driving process improvement.

Candidate Profile:

- Masters / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1015 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven ability to independently manage a full HR function.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or multi-project driven organisations preferred.
- Strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Ability to work closely with promoters, MD/CEO, and senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, mature, and execution-oriented approach.
