We are looking for a hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead HR and people initiatives in a quick-growing health-tech startup. The role will partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture, attract and retain talent, and establish scalable HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organization development.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across corporate, healthcare, sales, operations, and support functions.
- Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs, promotions, and talent development.
- Own employee engagement, culture, retention, and employee experience.
- Manage HR operations, payroll coordination, policies, and statutory compliance.
- Develop compensation, incentives, and career development frameworks.
- Drive HR analytics, HRMS, and monthly people dashboards.

Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
