Role & responsibilities:-
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker, candidate database, and MIS reports.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Ensure positions are closed within defined TATs and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and closure of candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor talent research whenever required.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and documentation requirements.
Preferred candidate profile:-
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in an in-house/corporate recruitment workplace.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, candidate assessment, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously.
