About the Role

Nanma Branding is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual designs across social media, branding, digital campaigns, print and outdoor media.

The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, excellent knowledge of design principles, and the ability to independently handle projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality designs for social media posts, carousels, stories and digital campaigns
- Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, typography, colour systems and brand guidelines
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, packaging, standees, hoardings and other print materials
- Develop creative concepts based on client briefs
- Maintain consistent branding across different platforms and campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams
- Review and improve designs based on feedback
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Prepare accurate, print-ready and digital-ready files
- Maintain organized design assets and source files
- Guide or review the work of junior designers when required
- Explore and effectively use AI-powered design tools to improve ideation and workflow

Required Skills




- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and visual hierarchy
- Excellent branding and creative-concept skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skilled design work
- Experience in social media and branding design
- Knowledge of print production and digital formats
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent patience and adaptability to handle repeated client revisions and feedback while maintaining a positive attitude, creativity and quality of work.

AI & Design Tools Experience with tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI or similar AI design tools will be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred.

Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should provide a portfolio, Behance, Dribble or equivalent link along with their application.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
