Key Responsibilities
· Lead and provide overall ownership and accountability for the development and delivery of Custom, Flex, and MOS projects across PAN India.
· Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Establish and monitor project objectives, KPIs, milestones, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
· Drive strong EHS and construction safety practices across all project sites in line with organizational and industry standards.
· Manage project performance across Safety, Quality, Scope, Schedule, Cost, and Risk.
· Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and establish effective project governance and controls.
· Lead and manage internal project teams, PMC partners, contractors, vendors, consultants, designers, and other external stakeholders.
· Set objectives for project teams, delegate responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
· Drive effective coordination with Operations, Revenue, Procurement, Design, Client Solutions, and other internal teams.
· Manage relationships with clients, building management teams, PMC partners, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
· Review and control vendor performance, contractual compliance, scope of work, change orders, invoices, and project costs.
· Oversee project controls including PR/PO, change orders, cost tracking, cash flow, and budget management.
· Conduct regular project and site reviews to assess progress, quality, risks, safety, and resource requirements.
· Drive timely resolution of project issues and remove operational or execution-related roadblocks.
· Analyse project data and performance dashboards to identify trends, improve predictability,
and support business decisions.
· Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for project issues and ensure lessons learned are documented and implemented across future projects.
· Identify and implement innovative construction and project-delivery methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and timelines.
· Ensure accurate and timely communication of project status and critical information to senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders.
· Support workforce development, mentoring, succession planning, and capability building within the development team.
· Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, governance, vendor management, and construction practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
· 17+ years of relevant experience in construction/project development.
· Strong experience in corporate interiors, commercial fit-outs, managed offices, flex workspace, co-working, or similar environments.
· Proven experience managing large-scale and multiple projects/portfolios.
· Strong understanding of construction project management, CapEx, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and project governance.
· Experience managing PMC, contractors, vendors, consultants, and design partners.
· Strong knowledge of EHS, construction safety, quality management, risk management,
and project controls.
· Demonstrated ability to manage projects against Safety, Quality, Scope, Schedule, and Budget objectives.
· Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
· Strong analytical and data-driven approach to project decision-making.
· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
· Willingness to undertake PAN-India travel and conduct frequent project/site visits.

Pay: ₹6,000,000.00 per year
