Relevant Experience(in Yrs 5+)

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in Core.NET Core and React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications and services. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Must Have

Technical/Functional Skills

- Back-End Development:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware
- Front-End Development: • Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API)
- Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility •

Architecture & Design:



• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures
- Familiarity with microservices, modular design, and API gateways
- DevOps & Tools: • Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Jest)
- Cloud & Containerization (Preferred): • Exposure to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development

Experience Required 5+ Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the development of full-stack web applications from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and deliver features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements
