- Preparation and monitoring of Annual Business Plan (ABP/ABS) and budgets
- Handling Direct & Indirect Taxation and ensuring statutory compliance
- Managing Treasury functions including cash flow and fund management
- Overseeing financial reporting, MIS, and cost control measures
- Supporting internal, statutory, and tax audits
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for financial planning
Preferred candidate profile
1. Must have worked in an integrated ERP (SAP/ Oracle or equivalent) system in a manufacturing company
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting and Direct & Indirect Taxation in a manufacturing company. Handled audits and prepared annual balance sheets and returns.
3. Must have worked in companies having at least Rs.150 Crore turnover
4. Experience handling ROC compliance work and treasury management will be an added advantage
