For over 15 years, we've operated as an extension of our clients' in-house teams, helping them scale through dedicated creative support, production-ready artwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Fashion Designers across multiple categories and client accounts.
- Review and approve CADs, tech packs, and design presentations before client submission.
- Provide creative direction on garment construction, silhouettes, color stories, and fabric selections.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of tech packs for production readiness.
- Guide designers in translating concepts into commercially viable collections.
- Review artwork placements, print applications, trims, and garment details.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure delivery of high-quality design outputs within deadlines.
- Mentor and develop design teams through regular feedback and design reviews.




- Stay updated on fashion trends, consumer insights, and industry innovations.

Key Skills:

- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of fashion design experience with team management responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, tech pack development, and apparel production.
- Knowledge of AI is required to match the client's expectations.
- Good at communication, project management, and team collaboration.
