Role & responsibilities

Warehouse Network -

- Storage of Rural biomass; a typical warehouse will be a 10,000 MT facility on approx. 8-10 acre land
- Supply Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for location identification, initial set up and operations management of the warehouses across multiple locations as required by the organizations
- Travel to customer site to troubleshoot, maintain and deploy various warehouse assets.
- Ensuring warehouse operations at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and monitoring operations goals with predefined SOPs.
- Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals
- Maintain a secure, healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing Biofuelcircle standards and procedures. Maintaining proper records.

Inspecting tools, warehouse machines regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary to avoid any operational losses

Preferred candidate profile





- Farm operations management experience involving farm warehouse management of multiple facilities at regional level
- Understand Warehouse processes. Developing and implementing warehouse process and procedures
- Knowledge, managing of warehouse assets and also maintaining warehouse layout for optimum space utilization
- Managing and optimizing inventory and having supply

chain logistics knowledge
- Ensuring compliance / creating safe working environment.
- Coordination with other department for procurement and transportation of commodities to fulfil orders
- Communication should be strong- awareness of location language. Relay communication between management and ground staff
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Implementing changes for improving warehouse efficiency
- Target oriented, process driven and people friendly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to communicate with 1 or more languages
- Having knowledge of local language is must.
