HR - Executive / Sr. Executive.

- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, and forwarding them to the clients.
- Designing new recruitment strategies to match candidates with suitable job positions.
- Finding new sources for searching candidates and handling their paperwork during the hiring process.
- Promoting the company as the best workplace to attract more candidates.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in human resource management or a related field.
- Must have experience in Mass Hiring, Bulk Hiring, Volume Hiring.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to assess a candidates viability for a position.
- Proficiency in handling recruitment databases.
- Valuable leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience working on Job Boards, Linkedin and working on alternate sourcing tools.
- Experience in hiring for Non tech, Tech.
