Experience: 3–7 Years
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM | Onsite

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to conversion & onboarding
• Handle cold calling & outbound outreach for international clients
• Identify, qualify & nurture potential leads
• Deliver effective pitches and convert prospects into clients
• Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain and manage prospects through CRM
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams to improve conversion strategies
• Achieve monthly sales KPIs, meetings, leads & revenue targets
• Track pipeline, performance and revenue through regular reporting
