Job Title: Senior ERP Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer with strong expertise in Epicor Kinetic ERP integrations and development. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Epicor Kinetic and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Jitterbit,

Workato, and Automation Studio. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders,

ERP teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient integration solutions while providing L2/L3 technical support.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Epicor Kinetic and third-party applications.

 Develop and consume REST APIs, web services, and custom integration solutions.

 Build and support integration workflows using Jitterbit, Workato, and Epicor

Automation Studio.

 Create and maintain BPMs, Functions, BAQs, Dashboards, and custom business processes within Epicor Kinetic.

 Support data migration, synchronization, and master data management initiatives.

 Develop automation solutions to improve business efficiency and reduce manual processes.

 Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.

 Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

 Support ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, quarterly releases, testing, and production deployments.

 Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.

 Provide L2/L3 support for Epicor ERP and integration-related incidents.

 Ensure integration solutions follow security, scalability, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills





 5+ years of experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic.

 Strong experience with REST API development and integrations.

 Completed at least 2-3 end to end Integration Implementation Projects.

 Hands-on experience with Jitterbit Integration Platform.

 Experience with Workato automation and integration workflows.

 Strong knowledge of Epicor Functions, BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and Application

Studio.

 Proficiency in SQL Server, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

 Experience with ERP data migration and system integrations.

 Robust analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

 Experience supporting enterprise ERP applications in production environments.

Desired Skills

 Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, or middleware platforms.

 Experience integrating ERP with CRM, ECM, PLM, EDI, or eCommerce systems.

 Basic Knowledge on SSRS Reports, Kinetic Forms, and Labels.

 Understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and distribution business processes.

 Experience with source control, deployment methodologies, GitHub, Visual Studio.

 Familiarity with cloud technologies and SaaS application integrations.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

 5 to 8 years of ERP development and integration experience.

 Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
