Engineering Leadership

- Lead engineering across product, platform, integrations, data, and AI initiatives
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams
- Establish solid engineering culture, delivery excellence, and quality standards
- Drive hiring, performance management, and leadership development

Product & Platform Ownership
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams
- Own end-to-end delivery of critical product and platform initiatives




- Drive architectural decisions for scalable, secure, cloud-native systems
- Champion API-first and platform-first engineering practices

Technical Leadership
- Act as a player-coach, contributing to architecture, design reviews, and critical development initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and unblock complex engineering challenges
- Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices

AI & Innovation
- Lead adoption of Generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities
- Build AI-powered workflows, recommendation engines, conversational experiences, and operational tools
- Implement robust AI governance, observability, and performance standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive product differentiation

Scalability & Reliability
- Scale systems supporting millions of users and growing transaction volumes
- Improve platform performance, resilience, monitoring, security, and compliance
- Build highly available and reliable distributed systems
