Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure QMS compliance and system effectiveness.

- Standardize processes and maintain required documentation.

- Implement Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.

- Monitor process performance and improve KPIs.

- Identify problems and implement effective corrective actions.

- Support quality, EHS, and process improvement governance.

- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering

- 3-5 years of relevant experience

Required Knowledge

- QMS and Quality Processes

- Continuous Improvement / Lean

- Process Standardization & Documentation

- KPI Monitoring and Problem Solving

Additional Knowledge

- QAN 80079/34

- Ex / ATEX

- PESO

- Weights & Measures (W&M;)
