Industry: Industrial Construction

Experience Required: 6-10 years (Industrial/EPC Projects)

Key Responsibilities

- Estimation & Costing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and industrial works.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from GFC drawings and specifications.
- Develop BOQs and cost comparisons for vendor quotations.
- Billing & Documentation
- Prepare client bills (supply & service) with backup documents (MDCC, MJIR, abstracts, pictorials).
- Verify subcontractor bills for shuttering, reinforcement, concrete, and finishing works.
- Maintain DPR, MPR, and reconciliation reports (steel, cement, materials).
- Planning & Scheduling
- Develop baseline schedules and WBS in Primavera P6.
- Assign activities, resources, and monitor progress against planned targets.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for client review meetings.
- Quality & Compliance
- Coordinate with site engineers and surveyors for level sheets and revised drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client approvals.




- Manage third-party quality test reports and material test certificates (MTC).
- Resource & Vendor Management
- Plan manpower and material requirements based on site conditions.
- Prepare comparative statements for vendor quotations and finalize procurement.
- Track contractor performance and submit reports to PMO/client teams.

Qualifications

- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 6-10 years of QS/Billing experience in industrial projects (solar, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure).
- Proven track record of handling large-scale projects with billing values in crores.
