Job Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing one or more construction activities of their tower ensuring timely project completion, quality adherence and zero loss time injury/ accident.

1. Ensuring & verification of execution as per method statement
1. Ensuring proper maintenance of checklists
1. Ensuring Quality and safety compliance
1. Slab checking
1. Study of drawings & raising RFI in case of discrepancy
1. Checking quantities with billing engineer and billing
1. Reconciliation of materials to be done with every bill
1. Co-ordination and follow up with contractor
1. Co-ordination with pre-engg team, architect & consultants
1. Co-ordination with planning and preparing micro-schedule as per schedule
1. Conducting safety tool box meetings
1. Escalating critical issues to PM
1. Maintaining records for reason of delay and Poor quality
1. To hand over the final product to the facility department as per the expectations of the customer
